1. Class Registration & Booking
All class bookings must be made through our official website or approved booking channels.
Clients must provide accurate contact information during registration.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable).
2. Payments & Packages
All payments must be made in full before attending paid classes or sessions.
Packages (e.g., 4, 6, or 8 sessions) must be used within the specified validity period.
Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
In case of cancellations by Columbus Latin Dance, alternative dates will be provided.
4. Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
5. Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Age Requirement:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
